Home Watch
We offer specialized services to give our customers a peace of mind while they are away. Our team is trained to conduct extensive interior and exterior observations of your home during every home watch visit. We strive to identify issues before they cause significant damage to your home.
Home Watch service includes a review of (but not limited to):
Exterior Check:
Exterior of the home for damage, cracks, window leaks, grounds, landscape, pests, lawn, sprinklers, light fixtures, roof, A/C unit, fence, mailbox, remove mail, newspapers, and flyers....etc
Lanai and Pool Area:
Pool screens and cage, pool water level, pool equipment operation, paver damage or discoloration....etc
Interior Check:
Security system, verify A/C and humidistat operation, cycle water through the home (sinks, toilets, etc...), all windows, doors, ceilings, walls, floors, and baseboards for water damage, insects, pests, and rodents, refrigerator, freezers, and wine coolers....etc
Vehicles:
(by request and additional charge) start vehicle and idle in the driveway
(by request and additional charge) start and drive vehicle
Vendor Coordination & Scheduling
We can coordinate your service and vendor appointments performing work or deliveries to your home. We can assist with referrals to quality service businesses in Naples as well.
Hurricane Shutters
Integrity Services coordinates with your preferred vendor for installation/removal of hurricane shutters. We go above and beyond to help protect one of your biggest investments before the storm. We can move all patio furniture indoors before the storm. After the storm we will replace all patio furniture in the original areas.
Grocery Shopping
Let Integrity Services do the shopping for you! We can do weekly, bi-weekly, monthly shopping, or just help you get your refrigerator stocked before you arrive for the season. Many clients also request a "clean out" shortly following their departure.
Concierge Services
Integrity Services is available to run errands for you at your request. We can go to the pharmacy, library, mail packages, pick-up/drop-off personal items, dry cleaning,...etc. If you need services that have not been noted, please contact us, and we will try to accommodate you. We want to serve you!
Home Cleaning
Integrity Services can coordinate your home cleaning for you. Let us help you with your pre-arrival cleaning and departure cleaning giving you one less thing to worry about.
